A nice hotel thats close to the airport . Free wifi , friendly staff and decent rooms, this is a nice hotel to stay at.

Let's face it - it is an IBIS: cheap but cheerful. Rooms have been updated and are a good size, reasonable quality. Ask for a room facing away from the runway , for a quieter night

This hotel is pergect. free bus here from airport . My bed is awesome feels brand new. Wifi.is free and fast!! Ice cold beer at the bar.can buy a charger in.a machine.what are y'all bitching about?

Nice stay eventhough we slept only 3 hrs here. You can take taxi or hoppa bus to Heathrow airport start at 4.20 am (cost 5£ per person)

Clean room , spacious and a great price

Ideal stop before early morning flight. Modern and clean but the food in the bar came worryingly soon after ordering.

Perfect hotel before flying out. You don't need the ritz. Prefect hotel for travellers

The restaurant do takeaway food if you ask the them, enjoy it in your room!

Good wi-fi and no sound from the airport runway on its door step. Bar open until 1am. Walls inside are paper thin and rooms very hot

The Staff are friendly , the food is good but expensive . It is an airport hotel . The rooms are small but comfortable . The AC in our room didn't work well . For a single night stay it was acceptable.

No...just, no. I guess for the price it isn't bad, but I wish we would have stayed somewhere else. Tiny room, confusing bus schedule, uncomfy bed, no room service , no luggage carts...service was nice.

Close to heathrow airport and you can get transportation quickly.

No frills hotel . If you can get the Premier Inn saver deal which is the same price then stay there instead. Small room but it had at least 3 power sockets which is a plus

Awful hotel , even for Heathrow standards. The “wheelchair accessible ” room was so small, my wheelchair didn’t fit into the aisle. Room was in need of an update. Avoid.

Use your phone as a wifi hotspot and forgo the £ charge....easy peasy.

There's a chargebox here so u can charge ur phone in a secure locker while u have a coffee ...pretty handy if you didn't pack you're charger!

423 bus from T5 is free and runs every 20 mins. Hotel is in dire need of a facelift. Staff not very welcoming. Rooms noisy with landing/departing planes . Premier Inn is a few £ more, but much nicer.

Not a great airport hotel , should really be updated into the 21st century. Rooms are alright, and at least clean . Restaurant staff were very friendly , but airlines should not offer this hotel .

The air conditioning doesn't work properly. Ya, you'll need it in hot days.

Very basic hotel . But cheap and worth paying for if you have an insanely early flight from Heathrow the next morning.

Pretty basic, but well soundproofed and nice views of landing planes !

The bed was so hard that it made the floor feel soft.

Ageing and 20 min from actual airport . Not really a good choice.

They don't serve pizza to the hotel rooms at 05:25 am.. It's not 24/7 as indicated.. What a shame! Wi-Fi is not for free, they charge 10£/24h.. Poor service..

Nice bar . And turn left and Tesco is at the end of the road .

Rooms are really small, can't really even open the suitcase but we're only staying one night so not a problem

Strongest smelling hotel I've ever been to. The whole place smells of chemical air spray or deodoriser. Don't stay here if you have any scent issues.

Hope you had a quiet night, we didn't! Overflow from the party in the foyer went on til the early hours. Not good for an airport hotel ...

Service was poor, really poor. I don't think a cheaper bed should mean cheaper, poor quality service. The day starts and ends with the customer.

Poor quality hotel , pay a bit more and go somewhere else
