Best torta is the adobada torta , remove the jalapeno if you can't handle spicy food and it becomes very mild but delicious
Get the "alambre " it's the one with meat, onions , green pepper , cheese .Authentic food! And great flavor
Get chicken tortas , they're awesome! :D
