Surprised by the comments about rude service...everyone was super sweet to me. Maybe bc I was nice too. Great staff on Friday evenings.

The service is incredibly good & if you request the Black Tea and Lemonade Shaken (unsweetened) it is incredible. Like drinking sunshine.

No clue about cleanliness nor customer service. They didn't wash their hands after taking out trash. The asked for my order three times. I gave up left to the next Starbucks further up the terminal

"Worst Starbucks ever", as everyone else has mentioned, is still a big understatement. The baristas don't know much and they're darn proud of it. HMS, which operates airport SBUX locations, is AWFUL.

Peppermint mocha with just a touch of added cinnamon is like Christmas in a cup!
