Love this place. Best Safeway in the DMV, but groceries arrangement is a bit odd--similar items spread over 3 different aisles.
Try the Chinese style chicken salad from the deli . It's like coleslaw with chicken and chow mein noodles but with a little sweet and sour flavor.
Everyone in this store is so nice and helpful! The meat man and the Starbucks woman are my favorites!
If you need electric scooter go early in the day to get a fully charged to it.
I have to assume from what I just witnessed here that there's no such thing as bag training anymore for Safeway clerks.
Don't expect to find things like Tofu easily.
The produce is pretty decent here.
I love the way they brought the ghetto to Bethesda
