Smoky Mountain Trout House

The trout is really good. Your average price on a plate is about 19 dollars. We went on a Sunday night and waited 45 minutes without reservations . So call ahead!

This place is cozy and the food is delicious. Trout almandine is so clean and a party in my mouth.

Get the smoked trout if your first time there. Save room for key lime pie .

I don't know what people are lamenting about this place, but when you go to a trout house, eat some trout ! It was divine and service was quite above average. I would recommend it.

This is a nice homey , no frills restaurant . The trout is fresh. My trout almondine was a little bland. The deep fried mushrooms are very good. The hush puppies were hard and bland.

Trout was really good, service good. Probably wouldn't have the rib-eye again. Per my husband and son, skip the trout fritters , waste of money - only ate two tiny bites my son spit his out.

Nothing! The menu states Scratch made salad dressing ! NOT! The Green Bean Trout Almandine was full of bones in every bite! When I told the waitress all she did was apologize & still charged us!
