I love the Charlotte Russe in this location! I'm in and out with exactly what I need. The Macy's counter people need better customer service.

The H&M here is much neater than the one at International Plaza . I love an organized store!

Has been a very inviting, comfortable mall , and surely seem dedicated to continual improvements.

Tiffany Nails and Spa is great. Nice people and they do a great job

Don't go to Macy's to get a watch fitted. Good gracious! No one knows what they are doing!

Irish 31 restaurant has good food

Only watch repair is Gersner Jewelry next to Saks 5th Ave....if u use JcPenny they will ship it off for repair.

Sitting in a chair outside finish line--I just the crazy eye from a giant baby. Malls creep me out.

The entire mall is starting to smell like Auntie Anne's pretzels . And not in a good way. That was the first warning sign that University Mall was going downhill... The outlook is grim.
