Cool, cozy , friendly neighborhood bar . Hungry? Walk across the street to Paradise Cafe for a bite to eat. You can carryout & eat it back at the Tavern.
more or less the typical "dive bar ". Junkies constantly run in and out. Great place for drama or a fight.
Just an FYI.. The owner of this Tavern also now owns the (Paradise) Cafe directly across the street.
Talk to Mike, the owner, he's cool. (and he's from Yemen, not Mexico)
