You can load your Presto card at both the MiWay terminal and the GO kiosk

If you're mobile phone's battery is low, don't count on using this terminal's AC outlets as it seems they've been locked to prevent students I assume from hanging out (really)?

Expect to wait in line and possibly miss your bus if you're putting money in your card or getting tickets.

If you're a regular commuter get a Presto card . It's cheaper in the long run.

New completed platform

Small washrooms and not as clean as the ones inside the mall .

Just found out you can't smoke on the main bus terminal platform anymore, management has lost their minds!!

This bus service is almost as bad as the TTC. Customer service is absolute shit. Took about month to get any feedback and the situation is still unresolved. Try as hard as you can to avoid using MiWay

These public washrooms are not recommended to use & only get worse as the day progresses on; I would just go to Square One's washrooms or hold it?
