If you're on a diet, stay away from the bakery . There are deli baked pizza rounds that are insanely good. Pepperoni and Asiago focaccia I believe. At 2.49-3.69 that's a pretty cheap lunch from Publix!
They have a good bakery and deli , and a small assortment of imported foods on aisle 3.
