Do not be in hurry at the mobile wireless dept. several consultants like to talk amongst themselves about personal stuff, back and forth while waiting on customers. Plan on minimum of 60 minutes.

Love best buy huge spender here but sometimes customer service is horrible i just get what i need and go they not organized well computer says 5 in stock but dont know were they are!

I'm "painfully indie", and a lot of the cds I want aren't available in-store, however the staff are very accommodating about placing special orders!

The only Best Buy in the Savannah area. They have an Apple Store inside.

Always get a protection plan. My beats started acting up and I just came in did an even exchange no questions asked.

I usually love Best Buy, but this one has the WORST customer service I've ever seen. Unless you are purchasing a high-priced item (iPad, laptop, tv ), you are usually ignored.

They have a way cool hipster employee walking around with Dre Beats headphones on.
