Craving nachos ? They'll put some chips in a bowl, cover it with cheese then top it with whatever. The heat from the beans and meat will melt the cheese .
Barbacoa quesadilla is life. Off menu just ask for it.
Non-Menu Suggestion - Ask for a barbacoa quesadilla with corn salsa & tell to "make it crispy " so you'll get a good gooey 'dilla.
