It was excellent! Amazing music , VERY good staff . WiFi was fine for me actually . Don't know why people are complaining, I recommend you stay here :3 Try their awesome restaurant !
Stylish at an ok price (for business travel). My room was small, with nice touches like free bottled water to show they care. Big win for the location, steps from Victoria and Northern line tube
The guy at the reception was really great, got a smoking room.. He gave me a new room, supported me with my stuff to the new room to make sure everything was ok!! I like it!!!
Fabulous central London location, delicious buffet breakfast but TINY, TINY rooms and bathrooms . At GBP 110 and up per night for a single room , no complaints, however.
This hotel is strategically located if you intend to stay in London and explore the West End. Rooms small but clean (except the carpet) with everything in it. Excellent value for money .
Good bed, good internet, well located. Small rooms .
Rooms were fine (I think we got a complementaty upgrade) and even those facing the street are amazingly silent. Good wifi , actually excellent.
Service this time around has been great! Got a room upon my (very) early arrival (Mon holiday) and actually got a queen size bed right off the bat (transfered to 3 rooms before getting one last time).
A well rounded city hotel that offers luxurious rooms , great service and fast easy to connect wifi
Make sure you reserve a double room/king-size bed - the rooms are bigger. Free WiFi was fast. Everything else was great, from service to the location.
Nice spacious rooms , good fast wifi , great service.
My Single room is very small. Never seen that in a 4 stars. Because the price is not small. The hotel is very noisy . Wifi is good and the breakfast is excellent. But I don't recommand this hotel .
Mini fridges in rooms are great, especially for longer stays. Hallways are noisy at times, but it is a hotel . Lobby & bar redone, just in time for the Olympics.
Rooms OK, nothing fancy , good breakfast , good location close to underground station
Os this really a Radisson Blu? It feels like a tired Ibis - tiny rooms complete with mould - ick!
Good hotel next to metro station . It used to be an old building for something.
Drink in the hotel bar . Decent prices & nice cocktails
Service is excellent. Rooms are small and some of them are noisy . Food is very good, tried both continental and english breakfasts . Wifi is free but a little but slow.
Ridiculously noisy air conditioning in my room on the 4th floor. Small room but clean and tidy. Decent hair dryer!
Great rooms, with minibar . Friendly staff . Not the best breakfast .
Some rooms are larger than others -- def ask for a double!
Decent for business travel. Location is very good, close to transport links. Rooms are not bad though the shower water pressure on the 4th floor was pretty poor.
Some rooms are small (I'm in a single room right now an it's tiny) but I've stayed here a lot and most rooms are really nice. Good size and always clean .
Small cramped rooms. No sound privacy. Can hear quiet conversations in hallways. Would not recommend at all. (EDIT - Ask for a room upgrade. It made all of the difference. Very pleasant now.)
Don't settle for the first crappy room they give you, or the second!
Good locations and confortable rooms . Warren street tube station next door. Recommended!
Free wifi with spotty reception where coverage would occasionally disconnect in my room
Rooms to the front or side are noisiest. Sadly little sound proofing on the windows. Expect to be woken early as the rubbish collecting wagons do their thing!
Bar staff are a bit slow but the price's are good for central London.
Nice venue for an informal business meeting although music sometimes a bit loud .
Flashy, modern lobby leads to tiny, noisy and not so flashy rooms upstairs. I think this is the way the devil sells hell. Pretty in front but...
Autumn in London❤️
Air Conditioning very loud and not effective. No mini bar . Breakfast and Bathrooms quite decent.
Bathrooms are tiny on the single rooms . And I hate it when the hairdryer is not in the vicinity of a mirror. Good location and okay breakfast though.
If you can't get onto the wifi..log on to cafe nero's next door
Ask for a room over the bridge at the back of the hotel ; view of BT Tower.
I don't care about the small single rooms , but please please install properly working FAST wifi !
Small rooms , and an old hotel but great staff and location
Very very small on the single room
Smallest rooms in the world. Seriously.
Does the iob .. good location
A bit pricey but you get free popcorn with your drinks.
Always get a double room... The singles are tiny! Nice staff though
Double room with kingsize bed!
Classy place for a business meeting
Your minibar is just across the street -- Sainsbury.
Nice Mojito and Cosmopolitan :)
This place is falling apart , every time I stay here I have to move rooms because something has broken. If you're paying, there are better places to stay.
System failure makes you to beg for breakfast every morning. Horrible!
Nice service, but very small rooms
Comfy beds, free wifi, friendly staff, marshmallows and fudge for guests in reception. Rooms on the small side but this is Central London! - David Allardyce
Amazing makeover of the bar and restaurant area, really great service and food. Great for meetings and conferences never had a problem parking. - Elisa
Amazing luxurious rooms, awesome bathroom, comfortable bed, hi speed internet, colourful setup, nice staff, bar, gym, pool, sauna. Reasonably priced. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. - Anshul Tiwari
Great chips, good service, the jalapeño dipping sauce is awesome! I recommend the lobster roll. Definitely underrated! - Gabriele 肉
Open until 1am every night and a bit later at the weekend. Cozy pub with lots of character. - Joan L.
