This is an amazing place. If Cozy Corner across the street is too busy, just come here. Super spicy , chunky salsa and delicious queso fundido (which you can get with peppers on it!)

This place serves the best, most authentic Mexican food around. The tortas are incredible. And they have breakfast too!

It's true, their al pastor is delicious. Don't miss out on the mole sauce here. Get a side of it for chilaqules, top your chicken burrito with it, smear it on carne asada tacos . You can't go wrong.

This is a lovely place with an amazing atmosphere. Food is delicious and the sangria is amazing.

Absolutely the best al pastor in the city . . . Tacos , Tortas , etc. delicious tortilla and chicken soup . Solid guacamole . Exceptional value.

There are tons of Mexican restaurants in Chicago, yet I haven't been amazed by any chicken taco . This has changed now. Skip the marg pitcher . Not enough tequila and the marg was lime green.

Great food, but don't go around dinner time on Friday... You'll have to wait for 30 mins to your order in then another 20 to get your food... But it was worth the wait had the best chilaliqueles...

I had a burrito and an horchata and it was really good, I'm surprised I haven't tried eating here sooner.

You can't go wrong with carnitas here but if you feel like switching it up, carne asada burrito suizo is a trusty stand-by.

I enjoyed the fried tacos . This is my son-in-law's favorite Mex rest.

Margaritas are very large, but tasty. Entree plates are ginormous also, so either come hungry or ready to take home leftovers!

FYI, it's cash only now, but they have an ATM and you get a free taco with your ATM receipt.

Although this is a Mexican restaurant , they have the BEST Cuban sandwhich ive ever had, and I had many!

Known for their pork : the carnitas gordita + al pastor taco is where it's at.

The café con leche is to die for! Also, put a shot of espresso in the Mexican hot chocolate for a clever mocha .

If you're in a rush, Taquería Moran is very efficient with to go orders!
