Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago

Prob one of the nicer hotels I've been to. Thoughtfully designed. Snack bar on 3rd and close to all the good stuff like Do-Rite Donuts ! 4/5

Clean rooms , friendly staff .

Rooftop service was absolutely abysmal and access impossible to find.

Just left Aire the new rooftop that just opened this week.

Good location as a business hotel .

Do not under any circumstances visit the rooftop bar . It will be the single worst experience of your life.

The bed was terrible. I could tell the mattress was not on a box spring. The mattress would have been more comfortable had it been on a box spring. Also, the entire bed unit was too low to the floor.
