Wait time isn't too bad on a weekday late night time. You can request for different noodle firmness with the ramen order. Fried rice is really delicious here too!

Order for WAY earlier than you need. Ordered ahead and website said ready by 3:40. Showed up 3:42. Staff said sorry should be ready by 3:50. Order wasn't ready until 4:07!

Well guarded secret, with usually short lines . Open until midnight so it's good for late night when there's no lines !

Best tonkotsu ramen , ask for kotteri style for extra fat and get the shredded pork rice bowl .

Their small orders of their rice bowls are a good substitute if you're not in the mood for ramen ! Comes w/ miso soup & salad for around $6! Great deal!
