Go for a swim at night and see Tokyo all twinkly from your lounger . We got a deluxe corner room and it has a view of Mount Fuji.
With GP membership you can enjoy free access to firness and pool which can cost you JPY2100/day, complimentary in room internet access and late check out. The normal check-out time is 11:00 am.
Excellent Hotel ! Staff is very friendly ! If you are a Gold Passport Diamond, you can go to the 9th floor to check-in and enjoy the Regency Club Lounge . Wifi scheme is weird, but works really good.
An amazing hotel with a fantastic staff . Concierge helped us wrapped our walking sticks from Fuji for transport back home. Everyone was super friendly . Highly recommended hotel !
The Wi-Fi has been upgraded - now available anywhere in the hotel without a special in-room dongle. Disregard old posts about wifi
Very strategic location, underneath the hotel is tochomae subway station . Plus they have a shuttle (free!) that brings you to shinjuku station every 20mins (see bus sched). Rooms are spacious andclean
Do NOT miss Michel TroisGros for lunch . It's a two Michelin stars restaurant (I.e. of the top restaurant in the world) and it's only $45 for a lunch course (if you are a hotel guest).
Beautiful hotel , lovely and attentive staff . The restaurants are great. Not a fan of the dark, smoky bar though
Rooms needs some upgrading. A tad bit dated at the moment. 24 hr 7-11 is in the basement with 2 ATM machines which accepts international credit cards too.
The breakfasts at the hotel restaurant (both Western and Japanese) are fantastic. Check out the premium french toast . Out of this world.
Wonderful hotel . The gym is adequate with weights and machines. The spa is excellent. My massage was aqesome after walking 26kms, but expensive .
Great value hotel for those who want to be near Shinjuku and get the luxury hotel experience. Nice gym and pool on 28
Try some Japanese style breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel . Very authentic and delicious experience will be.
Stayed here several times. Great hotel and staff . Very good location and the value for the price is awesome!!
Centrally located, international breakfast , clean , luxurious , friendly staff are the key words
The closest ATM / cash machine is at the 7-Eleven in the basement level of the building: exit the lobby entrance, turn left, do not go onto the sidewalk, enter the sliding doors into the underground.
A good hotel with great service. Having the Toei Tochomae metro station below the premises, gives this hotel a major advantage
Make sure you're a Hyatt Gold Member as you get to use the gym for free...it's easy and free to join.
You would be surprised but a 5 star hotel like this has rooms with a musty acrid smell. Travel tip - if you stay here bring some air fragrances
I love the view . Tokyo city hall .
Great breakfast buffet on ground floor cafe . The cake shop next to cafe is also excellent.
Room size almost like in Europe. Very good quality of concierge service. Only 10 min walk to Sinjuku station.
U can take Oedo line as well as a shuttle bus to Shinjuku station . Really convenient location desu. Exit A7
Ask for a wireless Internet adapter and an ironing board at checkin. If breakfast is not included in your rate, you're better off skipping the hotel restaurant in the mornings.
One of the most comfortable hotels in the Shinjuku area, not cheap , but for a reasonable price, compared to some other hotels in Tokyo. Spacious rooms .
Choose the Hyatt vs the Hilton. Nicer and more professional staff . The rooms while not larger are nicer and more "classy "
The Oedo Subway Line is right downstairs! From Shinjuku Station there is also a bus shuttle every 20 Minutes.
There's a Denny's and a Starbucks diagonally across the road - all very convenient!
WiFi rate is ridiculous, while 3G connection is wonky in the building... Room is spacious in Tokyo standard. Staffs are nice but not very english-friendly. Breakfast buffet offers little variety.
Delicious at Caffe Restaurant
If you don't fancy spending 3400¥ on the 'Western' breakfast , Denny's is a block away near the park and offers much the same for 3000¥ less.
The Club rooms are beautifully designed.
good location, they have shuttle from & to hotel and shinjuku station .
Ask the front desk for a router for your room and you can have wireless.
Free bus between the Shinjuku station and the hotel till 10pm.
Adjacent hotel (Hilton) is ten times better than this one.
convenient location to subway. rooms are small
The 7-11 at the restaurant level proves to be very convenient.
Meh.. good location and price. 5th place for Hyatts in Tokyo
Make sure you book the Deluxe Room
Hyatt Museum Collection!
No longer have shutter Bus service to shinjuku station . That's sad!!
Beds comfy . Service ok. Lobby looks fantastic. Free shuttle to Shinjuku. However everything is way overpriced in the hotel including Internet. Will not return.
Check out the fitness with view on Mt.Fuji !!!
You can ask for wireless in your room.
The regency club rooms are so much better!!
Value for money with excellent service
The wifi access scheme is, unfortunately, totally ridiculous
Great hotel for Leyeh2 n ngasho... :-)
Wireless and Internet cost money, which is really too bad.
This location is hidden under the Hyatt Regency Hotel - With Warm Regards, Пожалуйста, убейте Путина!
Went a few times over a few days for breakfast and dinner in Dec 13. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Dinners were delicious with a relaxed ambiance. Around 1-2 stars equiv. And is open till late. - Gregg Amos
Front line staff at the Regency Lounge desk are amazing and always so positively happy. I love returning here for many trips to come!???????? - Anthony L
what more can i say. great location.easy access to the subway.Great hotel amenities & hospitality by the concierge. He helped me with my bags up to my room & ensured i got a map for my reference. - Sunita Perumal
Get the Mushroom Risotto or Sirloin Steak Sandwich from the lobby cafe. Excellent hearty and flavoursome choices. - Ramon Baba
A beautiful clean park with trimmed hedges and trees, there's not many flowers though. The grass is a bit hard when you sit on it without a picnic mat. Check out the green house too! - Mimi
