Nice hotel and resort . Conveniently located. Staff is ok, don't always go above and beyond for guests. All in all nice units. I have been a member for years and do stay often

The staff has been very friendly during our stay! We were in a newly renovated building and everything was very nice and clean ! Pool area is huge and lots of kids activities ! I enjoyed my stay!

Friendly employees. A great place to stay. If you sit through the sales presentation the "1 1/2 hours, no pressure sales" you should schedule 4 hours, and think car dealership pitches at the table.

We love it here! We have stayed in both building 10 and 4...lovely rooms with great views . The staff is wonderful!! We celebrated our engagement here and the front desk sent a gift basket to our room!

A cool place to chill with family and friends. All you need you can find inside the property. Or if u wana spare some bucks. Fill up a coolers and start the party by any of the pools

Great staff and they were super friendly . The rooms were spacious , clean , VERY well decorated, and had everything we needed. I can go on and on...great vacation!

Not the most pristine or nicest resort , but it meets your needs. You won't be spending much time in the rooms, you're here for sights and thrills of Orlando.

If you miss out on a chair in the main pool be sure to try the other pool behind the activity center.

Timeshare pitch is pushy and painful. Resort is great, bar staff and waiters could be better. Kids staff was great.

The staff , the service and the amenities are the best! We never have a bad time staying here!

Staying at the fountains for a couple days then off to la cabana aruba. This is a nice layover point lots of activities on and around the resort

It is relaxing, good rooms and the pool and hot tube are a nice place to stay.

Had a very easy check-in. They called to make sure we had everything we needed. So far, pleasant experience.

When using the Club House for exercise, allow some time to use the Steam Room . You'll enjoy it.

Get the activity armbands for the kids. They have so much going on and it pays in the first few days.

Building ten is the newest and best view if overlooking pool.

We waited an hour to finally get someone to come and clean the grill and light it. This finally happened after I made 3 calls and bryan went up front to complain. They finally sent someone

Trashy dirty guests leave garbage everywhere...you can tell who's getting the free weekend for the tour and who the owners are. It's bad.. The tour people should not have access to owner areas.

Cabanas in the pool area are nice and affordable ! No waiter service in the off season.

Love this place,I think we may make this an every year thing...

Pool slide is fun for "kids " of all ages!

The rooms actually sleep 8 because the couch pulls out which is great! ????

Awesome pools and very friendly staff

When we first arrived last Saturday we asked for maintenance to fix the lock on our door because it was broken when we got here. So much for safety 4 calls later!!

Take the free swing, hip hop , or country line dancing here!

The wifi is beyond horrible, barely 1Mbps.

This place has very incompetent employees! They do not make guests feel welcome! Good luck!
