The clerks working in the computer section have no clue what's in stock or what isn't. Lots of camera accessories and a good selection of Blu-Ray DVD's.

Communication needs to improve I had to wait for installation for my tv and there's was a lot of miscommunication with the geek squad

They have no clue of what they have in stock, some of the employees are just helpless!

Thanks for wasting my time today. I made an rsvp to change the battery after an employee told me that battery was in stock. That was a lie. Thanks for notifying me the batteries were gone.

Order online for instore pickup? Don't waste your time with it because they won't have your order waiting like specifies on their "order ready" email! Waste of my time!

No one bothers to ask you if you need any help! I've been walking around for 10 minutes and not ONE associate has bothered to even look my way and there's about 10 other people waiting for service!

Good service but don't expect them to ask you if you need it. The store is messy at times but not overly messy.
