Save yourself the disappointment and pain by going across the street for an authentic Brazilian wax by their competitor Brazilian Wax by Andreia. I was highly disappointed with level of service.
Try the sugaring...much less discomfort than regular waxing.

Horrible wait time!!! People make appointments for a reason. Never heard of a "spa " running 20 minutes late. Not worth it unless you have time to kill in their waiting room
