Good to know customer service has gone COMPLETELY out the door! The female clerk talked more to the person on her phone (through her headphones which wasn't really that stealthy) than she did to me.

Definitely invest in Expess Pass. We were able to ride almost every ride in both parks in 2 full days. Family favorite rides were Gringotts & Mummy. Food was excellent in all areas. - Steph Peacock
