The Carter Barron Amphitheatre is a 4,200 seat outdoor performance venue located in Rock Creek Park , and opened in 1950 in honor of the 150th Anniversary of Washington, DC as the nation's capital.
Closed as a music venue , but a nice spot for a hike around the perimeter.

The Gospel Brunch was wonderful!!! The food was very tasty, especially the catfish fingers and apple cobbler. The singing by Harlem Gospel Choir was amazing!!!!! I will def be back. - Kimberlyn Faulkner
