Yeah nobody is there to help you. I was looking at monitors there was about 4 store associates. Just standing there laughing and joking around with each other.
Their gaming section has vastly expanded, no longer need to go to micro center for computer parts

There's never anyone available to help you in the CD section.
best buy is not your best and they do not stand behind anything the sell unless you buy a warranty. I have spent a lot of money at best buy but never again.
Remember to ask about their great financing offers!
Maybe if you're a Red Sox fan, Best Buy is not so good after all!
