Downstairs boutiques will make you "samples" (eg a full cup) of any of the pods. Arpeggio is most popular if you're not sure what to start with.

The tomato soup shooter that comes with the grilled cheese is amazing.

Espresso milkshake ? Excellent. Decaf Americano ? Not so much. And somebody teach your fedora'd servers to learn how to make simple syrup . That's why they call it simple.

It took them 4 people and 15 minutes to get us seated and they still could not succeed. Poorest service I've seen in a while. Oh and the bathrooms are all broken.
