you'd think at 11pm-12mn service will be fast. NOPE. always always they only have 2 counters open. and when i asked the manager said it's the way it is at this time. wtf. not if you have long queues.
Staff still seems to be adjusting to the store's operations. A crew member spilled my drink all over the counter as she was rushing to place my order in the tray.
