Cafe @ Rio is open to the public and offers free WiFi as well as a lunch menu based on sustainable local produce . The cafe can be found on the first floor of the Tower @ Rio building.
Don't forget the ice cream ! The freezer is near the dessert display and includes ice cream sandwiches , Popsicles , and a variety of other frozen favorites. :)
