Get there before sunrise. Breathtaking views . Rocky so wear good shoes for your ankles.
The full trail is about 3.7 miles and is at a steady climb. Part of the trail is paved but most is rocky .
hard trail , but very much worth it. go to alltrails.com search north etiwanda preserve .. it has all the schematics for this trail .
It's only about two to three miles to the waterfall but it's really pretty once you've reached it. You can't bring dogs.
Arrive early in the day before it gets too hot. Pack a lunch to enjoy by the waterfall .
To get to the waterfall go North from the parking lot , stay to the right at all forks in the trail . ~45 minute hike , 1.5mi.
Hikers with dogs can do so south of Etiwanda - Daybreak
NOT a good place to run... A lot of rocks. Fun to walk though :)
