Local BBQ spot from Huli Sue’s with great food. Very kid friendly as well with great service. A must stop if you are driving across the island , worth the long wait in line for a table.

Get the pulled pork with the li hi mui sauce - but everything is great here. Super BBQ joint and WELL worth the drive to Waimea.

Shared the rib and chicken combo with cornbread and Brussels sprouts . Delicious and plenty for sharing. Get A extra order if the cornbread , it was excellent. Service was too!

Best brisket in town ! Get the Brisket plate or the smoked brisket street tacos and pair with a great beer or the delicious pineapple mint tea !!

Unbelievable bbq

Brisket is legit! Ribs and pulled pork are great too but the Brisket comes out on top for me.

Order the Lowline Angus burger with L.T.O. And you can add another topping to your burger . The beef is grown on the Big Island by local ranchers Lowline Cattle Company. Worth it!!

Ask to sit at the bar to get seated right quick. Sampler is delish. Get the beans.
