Lockhart's BBQ

The ribs and mac and cheese are super duper good! I enjoyed it. Also, the lockhart's lemonade is great

The smoked bacon is to die for. It is meat candy ! Lockhart' s can get a little pricey , but only because you order so much delicious food! Also try the burnt ends and brisket !

The brisket is great. The sweet potato mash is awesome! It tastes like pie ! The ribs are kick-ass! Also, there was a hot Asian girl sitting at the bar last night. This place rocks!

The sauces are all amazing! The poblano dip was delicious. I split the two meat combo, pulled pork and sausage were excellent. Mac n cheese and sweet potato fries are on point

Pulled pork nachos are big. The tortillas are great, but the pork is very average. Also had brisket and sweet potato mash which were meh. The standout of the meal was the red hot sausage . Fantastic!

Love the brisket and the original sauce. Those garlic green beans are yummy, too! Not a fancy placy, but it's BBQ ...

Service was mediocre (maybe a quarter full at 4:30 on a Sunday) but the food was great. We had the poblano dip , pulled pork , BBQ chicken , crispy potatoes , mac&cheese, cornbread .

Carolina Gold BBQ sauce is where it's at. Great MI beer selection . Service is friendly . Great place all around.

I'm pretty sure the secret ingredient in the shepherd's pie is crack. That ish is awesome!

The turkey is to die for. I know it's not typical BBQ meat but it's worth a try... trust me.

Hot sausage is nice and spicy . The Jet Black beer is good. I'm sure the portions are a good size for the average human?

Came here when it opened. Lots of issues. 1 year later, wonderful. Try it again if you haven't been recently. Very good.

Their Brisket is on the dry side, but still full of flavor. Use some of their Carolina sauce and you are good to go.

Burnt ends are delicious!! Ribs fall off the bone and brisket is yummy, so are the jalapeno brown beans.

If you don't appreciate Lockhart's BBQ, don't go to Texas! This is legit Texas BBQ ! Delicious.

Still working out the kinks. Be patient. There is good potential here. Also, great supporters of Michigan-made beer : 10 on tap plus many more in bottles.

If you like your BBQ sauce on the vinegar side, just add some of their Carolina sauce to any off their flavors.
