I don't think I've ever had a single sales associate out on the floor ask me if I need help finding what I'm looking for, here.

Slow staff , hide from customers when they see you coming. I waited 45 minutes to buy a Macbook, the store was empty and the staff were nowhere to be found. Left and went to apple store instead.

Best buy will match internet prices like amazon.com, so next time you go and buy something use your smart phone and scan the bar code. I got a $65 Sony camcorder battery for $20.

15 min to find help, and they couldn't even tell us why the smaller one with a slightly bigger hdd. Another 10 min to tell us how much a warranty is w/o geek squad pkg.

Ask them to match on-line prices.
