The previous Knoxville store was "the cookie cutter" shop. This store has a more homey look with wooden fixtures. And way too bright Herr Mozart!

The customer service in this store is really good. I've been in Apple stores in larger cities . The customer service in those stores was lacking a personal quality. This store has it all!!

No Applestore can have great customer service on Saturdays. They are so busy.

Everyone there Is super nice never long waits ok well there is occasionally but they are always helpful :)

Terrible service. They really shouldn't call these people "geniuses". It seems to have a negative effect on how they treat people, and their intelligence. So snooty.
