The Shang beef noodles soup (braised beef ) is amazing and as close as can get to taiwan beef noodles soup . The knife cut noodles are amazing! Don’t miss!
We had the Shang beef noodle , dan-dan noodle , and pork potstickers . Everything was great but my favorite was the beef noodle with knife cut noodles .
Fantastic. Chow mein with cut noodles was my fav, followed by the Shang beef soup with pulled. Tomato and egg with cut noodles was interesting.
Noodles were amazing, but the place is really tiny. Felt like sardines and I couldn’t fully enjoy my meal lol. I’d recommend getting on Yelp waitlist well ahead of your desired eating time.
They are open on Christmas ! Delicious hand pulled noodles . But be prepared to wait an hour to eat. Use Yelp’s Waitlist before you leave your hotel . Even after checking in at restaurant still wait.
