The green cendol is nice. Pity the Gula Melaka is not. More sweet than fragrant. Assam Laksa is also on the sweet side. Prawn mee is better.
Specialises in Penang food. Their Penang laksa , char kuey teow and sambal fried rice is delicious. There is also balonglong juice !
This place has survived the pandemic due to its reasonable prices. Assam laksa at $5 is ok, except the gravy is thin and sweet. Not enough fish pieces though.
$2.50 bowl of chendol. Gula Melaka lacked aroma. Coconut milk tasted of those from a box, not freshly squeezed
Both the laksa and char kuay teow are worth the try!
Pretty authentic Penang hokkien mee (aka prawn mee )
$4.50 portion. To me, soup no power. Not fragrant enough. 6/10

The barley drink is tasteless. Fried kway tiao
The barley drink is tasteless. Fried Kway tiao is ok with only salty taste. One thing GOOD this place has no crowd...
Quick fix .... nothing exciting 🤔
The semi fat char siew is superb!! Also the dry noodles, come with losta deep fried lard, sinful and irresistible - Stephanie Wong
Must try Buddha Porridge for its balanced mix of taste, flavor and ingredients. - Jeffrey Ning
Although the toast set is not that cheap, it's value for money due to the quality of eggs used. Nicely orange and toast are as good as competitors. Big mug of drink too! - MAC
Penang cendol (chendol) is very good. Pretty fine ice, generous Toppings, concentrated gula melaka (palm sugar). Only $2.50 - Gabriel Seah
The Mee Soto soup is thick and tasty. One of the better Mee Soto around! Highly recommended #meesoto. - Melvin Tan
