This is a great place to eat. The food was really nice here. Aaron was really good in ensuring we were happy and looked after, made us feel very welcoming. The food was really tasty and enjoyable.
Great portion sizes. I went with a large group (37 people) so we pre-booked. Everything was served at a fine pace and the service was lovely. I was impressed at how efficient everything went

The Texan and generally their burgers were good. Love the chocolate milk shakes too. Wings were too dry - skip that.
have to compliment the staff dealing with my IBD food issues. manager came over n talked me through the menu and things that could be amended. brilliant service

Get the New York steak , it's 17.95 but well worth it. Also, if you like steak "medium" then get it well done - otherwise you'll get a medium-rare.

The food was good as always at Hard Rock, but I was quite disappointed with the service. Waiters seemed to be doing you a favor. Lousy for the company's standards.

Worst customer service in over 60 HRC I visited. Can't even use the toilet even though I bought my pins and shotglasses at the Rock Shop. Excuse was the toilets were booked as part of private event
