I had a simple breakfast of eggs and toast that was over $20 and they brought the toast 10 minutes later so my eggs were cold and wouldn't give me a free refill on a reg brew coffee !

If you order non-fat drink, the lady may start using 2% & if you catch that & ask "is that non-fat?" she will acknowledge it isn't & ask if 2% is ok?
