Huge two-story store. Prices are affordable . Definitely have to take your time and look around. Target seems to be teenagers and those in their 20s. Clothes are mostly casual , cocktail , and semiformal
Stay away from the shorter stockier sales rep shes quite a bit snippy and made me want to leave immediately. The rest are pleasant.
Gentlemen, be patient! Your gf will take "forever" in Forever 21
Don't forget to check out the sales upstairs
Hard to get help in there and strict return policy but cheap and cute !
