Decen Servce 90% of time takes a good 5-10min at drive-thru. (if you read one of the temp signs at drive thru , 60 sec service only guarenteed from time you pay unt you are handed your food)

Drive thru is always packed and they almost always have to pull you forward because the food you ordered isn't ready.

Always gets my special order right! Thanks!

Never been the slowest for me except today when I saw these tips, LOL. Chaffee Rd store way slower...

I see they still have not taken any steps to improve their service. Still terribly slow. I've been sitting in drive thru for over 10 minutes.

Slowest McDonald 's in Jax. I hate going here. I literally waited in line almost 30 minutes once just for a snack wrap . And they're all rude, to boot. Don't go here!!!

Gave me half my order. Told me to pull up for rest. Then came out to say it would take 12 more minutes. Hmmmmm.... avoid.
