Despite the fact you have two other amazing parks in the city (Pier 40 & Manhattan bridge ) this one remains the best especially at this time no kids in your way & other dumb people just standing
Beginner friendly and has a good vibe
Get hear early so you can skate well with no stupid kids and or parents in the way also no dumb clowns sitting down.
Good stop along the West Side Highway bike lane.
Park closes at 8 PM during the Summer.
Good view , better place for hang out
