Terribly organized men's jeans sections. Why even bother putting tags on the shelves? It's clearly been a long time since sales associates put jeans , folded correctly, on the right shelves.
Clueless employees who won’t admit when they are wrong. Trying to pass off a cheap copy of a product instead of the actual. Worst Kohl’s in history.
Get some associates that know what they are doing. Went to do wedding registry and the 2 at customer service looked at us like it was their first day on the job
