The young cutter at the cutting counter was extremely helpful. She's very knowledgeable about all the inventory of cotton bolts. This is a very meticulous person, who did a good job for us.
The new layout reduces the inventory. The cutting table is less staffed causing waiting lines , even for only a couple of people. The store always seems airless & too warm for comfort.
Hot as blazes inside. Air conditioning broke down before COVID, and the landlord continues to argue about who should repair it.
Sewing and crafting take time and patience, so does shopping in this store!
Never enough cashiers especially on a Saturday!! The staff is never friendly !
If you buy online, you can't return it to the store!!!!!
They are always understaffed. The staff that is there is totally uneducated on their products
Never pay full price always use coupons....mobile or printouts.
