Most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! Great location by the bay for a cruise or ferry trip, dinner across street @ Anthony's Grotto or Little Italy nearby. Nightlife and more at Gaslamp District

This place was awesome and very clean . My wife and enjoyed being close to everything in walking distance and ferry .

Great room and service. Room was very clean and big. Beautiful view , Most of all the hotel was across the harbor and everything is walking distance for the low cost.

Great location, but very the airport make it difficult to get some peace here! So be aware about that.

Bring earplugs! I work in the airline industry so I stay at a lot of hotels . This is one of the loudest I've ever stayed in! You can hear planes takeoff every 90 seconds from 6a-1a!

Clean , friendly staff . But hey, paid wi-fi in 2019??? Even this free one that lasts one day is 5 slower than my LTE.

Good hotel except for $29 per night parking . Also their billing is too aggressive as they charged me extra $500 and have to wait funds to be released by my bank ...bla bla bla

Close to the trolley , a mile from Gaslamp , near USS Midway, close to the water. Overall great location. The rooms are ok.

Lovely hotel . Close to airport and right by the Marina . Easy access to tram and dining options.

Reserved a room with a king bed FOUR months in advance and when I showed up, they didn't have any more. Had to sleep in a TWIN with my husband, who I flew to California to see.

Free airport shuttle BUT beware they stop running at 1130pm so if you have a late flight be prepared for a $15+ cab ride (a major rip-off for the tiny trip)!

Complimentary wireless internet, free car parking and breakfast (something hard to find nowadays)... great location just a couple miles from airpt, reasonable rates ... what would I need more? Perfect!

If u can park across the street at the seafood place at night, parking is free til 8a.m.

Parking is $22 a night but its easy to get around, either right on the street out front, or across the street. Just depends on personal preference.

They really should tell you they are doing a lot of construction right now. If you have severe allergies to dust that is kind if a deal breaker.

Reasonably priced & awesome views of the bay . Very friendly & helpful staff , and very close to the trolley station.

My internet connection was better 15 years ago.

$10.00 for a refrigerator in your room...daily, 22 bucks for daily parking ...awesome view and access to everything around.

Very impressive gym vs. the normal hotel equipment, one room of aerobic equipment and another of weight machines.

Room and amenities just okay. Location was nice!

They run out of hot water nearly every morning. Shower early if you want hot water.

This place is actually really nice. Great views of the bay and downtown. Make sure you're high up though.

Walls are a bit thin, so turn up your television at night.

Average hotel . rooms facing bay are above the mechanics so it's loud if your balcony door is open. Remodeled bath.

Wedding block rooms were spread throughout various hotel towers instead of grouped together. Pool is small and disappointing, and parking is $22 per day. Ouch!
