we left our AirPods in airplane and they didn’t pay any attention to our request we waited for like an hour in gate. after that the agent tell us we don’t know where is it and also you cant search

i really disappointed with this air line we lost something and you just had to search for it and you even didn’t do the smallest thing you can? WTF

New policy active since nov 6 2012 $50 Per bag checked -ta loco! Also my flight was cancelled less than an hour before flight time. This is madness crowded airport . Never again.

Worst airline ever. Sardine seating. Up charges galore. Tray tables to small. Avoid this Airlines at all costs.

The limit for Spirit Air is 40lbs not the more common 70lbs. This is a rip-off. They charge you less for the flight but they nickel and dime you for everything. Never again

Line to check bag was terrible. Even circled back outside. Do your own bag tags at kiosk. Overall a terrible experience.

They charge $50 bucks for each carry one bag!
