All the pizzas are so tasty. Pumpkin agnoletti from the restaurant next door is fantastic. Straus vanilla soft serve with seasonal pumpkin spice crumble for dessert ! Outside tables have heat lamps .

Pizza and service were just great, the place is very small and always busy but it’s worth to go and try the very original pizza style, I definitely recommend this place for all pizza lovers

Risotto made from scratch on the half hour from the restaurant next door is amazing. Regardless of what seasonal risotto it is, it's bound to be delicious.

Neapolitan pizza , fresh ingredients , made hot in a brick wood burning oven , add their fresh soups , handy spirits and you can order from their formal menu next door! Tamalpie is jealous of this place!

All the pizzas are amazing. My favorite right now is the Nishiki. Didn't love the risotto . Olives are served hot, which is unusual.

Nishiki is outstanding, especially if you like a little spice. No sauce, but you can ask for some on the side or on the pizza . Better without IMO.

Keep it simple and try the margherita : creamy mozzarella is pulled fresh daily (the curds come from from Ferrante's Dairy across the Bay ) for a superior pie. Read more

Picco Pizza has flash-frozen pizzas to go. 500 degree oven, 3 minutes later, it's almost as good as fresh from the Pizzeria in downtown Larkspur. I'm a neighbor and LOVE them!

All pizzas are SO good! Always check the restaurant menu for some bomb appetizers . Service is great and quick!

Contrary to what the app says, they do not take reservations through open table. Amazing food though and they serve food off the Restaurante Picco as well

Sea Salt and olive oil with vanilla ice cream was interesting taste. Salty and sweet collide.

The butternut squash soup and avocado bruschetta are divine. Also the apple fennel salad never disappoints.

The pizzas are really good, big enough to share with one or two others. Service is great.

Go to Pizzeria Picco. Order a (divine) pizza , but save room for the soft serve vanilla ice cream topped with caramel and sea salt .

The real stand out here is the Strauss Creamery soft serve ice cream .

Follow up the pizza with some soft ice cream . Mmmm

The Barrata Salad sounds great on paper but is actually gross when it comes. The pizza is yummy for Larkspur, but not Lococo's Terra Linda yummy.

sit in the lounge and have a couple of pizzas with some great wines by the glass...
