They have an expediter at the drinks counter to move things along. Your best bet is to put in an online or mobile order. They'll work on your drink rather than you having to wait in line .

It’s a busy place, but located beautifully. The inside is tiny, but you can sit outside in the park . There is also WiFi provided by the Los Angeles county .

Love this location . It may look disorganized but service is consistently fast, correct and pleasant. Great view of the fountain with kids. Very happy.

Busy and slow-but if you order something simple (like a droppio or a cup of coffee ) they make it straightaway so you don't have to wait.

The new building is now open. In case U didn't know. The new structure is just right next to the old one, but this one is a bigger place.

Oddly if you go right at 9am the line is small

Due to construction : I accessed thru the Hall of Administration - elevator to basement , thru parking garage to 2nd escalator & up 2 flights, then thru construction maze. Some signs point the way.
