If you're staying at any of the Palace resorts in Cancun, then a visit to the roof top pool area has to be done. Along with a great pool, the views along Boulevard Kukulkán and beyond are incredible.
We absolutely love this resort - back for the 2nd time - excellent service, everyone is so friendly- we love the beach , pools, concierge floors & the spa !

Turkey wrap at the poolside bar is the best. Try the banana monkey, Miami vice , and Sangria . I've lived off of those 3 drinks for a week!

A rede Palace em geral são maravilhosos. No Beach realizamos a cerimônia de renovação de votos, desde a cerimonialista até o salão que preparou foram ótimos! Sem falar na localização do hotel .
Muy buen hotel , recomendable las albercas y jacuzzi en sky, para obtener hasta el último rayo de sol. El servicio es su debilidad....
El hotel es bueno y con todos lo servicios lo que me molesta es que somos socios y no sirvió para nada por qué nos teníamos la reserva por el call Center directo de ellos los de los 1500 también es .
Playa hermosa, atención buena alimentos excelente
Muy desanimado no respetaron la membrecia que compramos hace varios años , no sirve en realidad para nada el palace premier , así fuéramos 8 días si no se hace la reserva con el hotel es perder
La playa es buena aquí, las albercas están mejor en Moon Palace
