Each lap around the track is about .5 of a mile. There is also a stretching station on the track and bathrooms (that are available sometimes). There is also a nice playground - Sophia Y.

It's a nice big park with lots of places to run and just hang out! It is well maintained, it's rare to see garbage lying around. There are picnic areas in nice scenery places. I come here to run a lot - Sophia Y.
