I accidentally left a gift for a friend at this store (Dillard's Ocala), it was a paper bag with clothing and cash inside. God bless you to that honest person who turned it in at the customer service!

my mom is a assistant for someone at an office and she does personal stuff also for her boss. whenever she does her returns everytime she comes in they are so snobby towards her and rude. BE BETTER

I have NEVER had a rude sales associate. If you're wandering aimlessly at closing, you must understand that those people have lives outside of the store and at the end of 8 hours they want to leave.
Sale's associates are rude and rushed us out of the store at closing!
