Very fluffy/comfy bed!!! I travel a lot. This hotel is the one of the best! friendly service n great location. get the top floor rooms - floor to ceiling windows = amazing view ! It's worth it

Amazing beds and nice little touches like the 'cronuts ' upon arrival. Not much of a view though.

The best strawberry basil martini on the planet. Ask for Anna to make it at the Riviera 31 bar and lounge . Monday night jazz is where hidden talent is found.

Complimentary champagne (Fri & Sat evening) Joyce the Manager & Debra the front desk person was extremely accommodating and pleasant to my wife and I upon arrival and the the duration of our stay.

Gym is crazy hard to find but well stocked and brand new. Follow signs o spa and head back through unmarked doors to find it.

To avoid valet charges, there is a residential street behind the hotel . Just don't park there during school hours.

The gym is AMAZING. Plenty of machines and lots of space.

Beautiful facility, great location. Horrible beds: no box spring; just mattress with feather top. Great shower and nice soaps. Rooms lack light.

Not many hotel rooms come equipped with toiletries by Hermès! It's also in walking distance of The Bazaar by José Andrés.

Take the upgrade for penthouse room with balcony . Sooo nice.

room 302 land 306 have lovely 150 sqft balconies . yes a bit more street noise but the outdoor space is fantastic.
