Just what you would expect - clean and professional - just wish they serve food for lunch !! When staying by airport you don't alway have a car but delivery is available !! Love HGI - my go to place!

Friendly people, here for the Arnold Classic 2011 and the service has been great so far from the small restaurant to the desk clerks, room is big and comfy , making my stay in Columbus better.

Wifi is not strong in any room. Bring an Ethernet cable or don't forget to ask for one when you check in.

Don't expect to have Internet access, airport restrictions don't allow strong signals .....
Rude bar staff and food not prepared as stated on menu. Can't beat the proximity to airport and will think twice before booking here again.

I'm fairly annoyed that the wi-fi signal apparently doesn't reach my room.. Guess I'll kick it old school and hook up the laptop with an Ethernet cable ?! No iPad use for me. :-(

It is one of the best and the biggest shopping centers in Columbus, Ohio. It has outdoor and indoor shopping. I love this place in winter. Beautiful view 👍🏻 - Erkan
