As long as it's not too busy, it looks like parents can join their kids in the play structure (if your kid needs help).
Kids love this place and they have WiFi so parents can work if need be!

Best to avoid in weekends when there’s tons of kids and fights break out over play space between them. Weekdays are way better for bringing your kids to play, staff is helpful and friendly. - A P
