Love the whole atmosphere. Plenty of heavy stuff to move around and people working hard. The staff is always friendly and the facilities are clean and in good repair. Love the pool and steam room

Best time to go is weekend morning or afternoons. Not as busy. Also, the music videos are more rock and alternative and less pop and dance .

Know the difference between pain and soreness. Soreness usually goes away within a day or so and is just your body adapting to the exercise . Pain lingers and indicates that something isn't right.

Eddie is very friendly and helpful if you have questions or want to sign up for a membership. :D

Please don't come in smelling like an ash tray or drenched in perfume/ cologne. Makes it hard for others to breathe during cardio .

Don't come during peek hours or the month of January, lots of waiting. Go to central of you can.

Working out in sunglasses just makes you look silly

This is by far the worst LVAC location. The locker rooms are filthy and the workout area isn't much better.
